The AI checks every combination of sections and shows the schedule that fits your preferences best, with a lecture and a lab that fit together for every course. Next shows the next best, and clicking a class swaps it.
Take the CRNs to Banner
Click a CRN to copy it, then paste it into the registration page. Check the seats there before you register.
Signing in is optional. It keeps your plans on every device you use, and soon it will message you when a full section opens.
Questions students ask
What does the AI actually do?
It searches. Every possible schedule for your courses is scored against your preferences, in the order you ranked them, and whole groups that can be proven to lose are skipped. So the first schedule you see is the best one there is, and Next shows the next best. It runs in your browser, and your plan stays there.
Does it handle courses that have a separate lab section?
Yes. Banner puts lectures and labs in separate link groups, and a course like ICS104 needs one of each. The planner picks one section from every group and keeps the whole set clash-free.
Does it show how many seats are left?
Yes, in the Seats column, as students enrolled over the section's capacity. They move quickly during registration week, so confirm in Banner before you register.
Do I need an account?
No. The planner works fully without one: your plan is saved in your own browser, and a share link moves it to another device. Signing in adds saved plans across devices and, soon, a radar that messages you when a full section opens.
What do you keep about me if I sign in?
Your email address, and your password in a scrambled form nobody can read back, or a note that you use Google. No name, no photo, no phone number. Delete account on your Account page removes all of it at once.
Is this an official KFUPM site?
No. It is an independent tool built by a student, with no affiliation with or endorsement by KFUPM. Always confirm your schedule in Banner before you register.
